Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Refund on Digital Products

Since our products are digitally delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once you receive access, we cannot reverse delivery — therefore refunds are not possible.


2. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be issued only if:

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at: support@legitgrowth.com
Include:

  • Name
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Screenshot of Payment

Refunds are processed via the same payment method, within 5–14 business days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.


4. No Cancellations After Access

Once product access/link/email/video/course is delivered, your order cannot be cancelled.


5. Payment Gateway Processing Fees

If applicable, payment gateway fees are non-refundable, as charged by PhonePe/Razorpay/Stripe/PayPal/UPI systems.


6. Subscription or Membership Refunds

If you purchased a subscription, cancellation will stop future billing, but past charges cannot be refunded.
